Mr. Prasad Inampudi
Promoter & Director
Mr. Prasad Inampudi is a serial entrepreneur with interests in healthcare and finance. He currently serves on the board of Tergus Pharma, a topical pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company based in North Carolina.
He is also the founder of PI TAX PREP, an accounting and tax preparation company with operations in over 80 offices across five states. Previously, Mr. Inampudi served as a General Partner of Omnicapital—an early-stage Venture Capital firm that invested in technology and medical companies.
Dr. Satish Iduru, MD
Gastroenterology
Dr. Satish Iduru, MD is a Gastroenterology Specialist in Humble, TX and has over 23 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Iduru has extensive experience in Pancreatic Disease, Esophageal Disorders, and Liver Disease. He graduated from SRI KRISHNADEVARAYA UNIVERSITY / GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE in 1999. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast and HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood.
Dr. Bharat Patodiya

He has been a proponent of holistic cancer treatment, involving in not only alleviating the associated conditions like stress, anxiety, and fatigue but also in ensuring the overall wellbeing of the patients involving body, mind, and soul.
Dr. Sweeya Ramireddy
MD
Dr. Sweeya Ramireddy (Rah-ma-re-dee) is a committed physician dedicated to helping her patients receive excellent care. She started practicing in 2012, with a medical focus on wounds and infections. She treats adults, performing adult physical exams, well-woman exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.
Sweeya earned her undergraduate degree in biology and physics in India. She attended medical school at the Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research in Pune, India. Dr. Ramireddy then completed her residency at the Metro Health Medical Hospital and Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, with a specialization in infectious diseases.
When she’s not helping her patients, Dr. Ramireddy enjoys running, yoga, mystery novels, movies and traveling with her husband and two children. Museums are one of her favorite places to visit with her kids. She is also fluent in Hindi.
