About Us

Mr. Prasad Inampudi is a serial entrepreneur with interests in healthcare and finance. He currently serves on the board of Tergus Pharma, a topical pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company based in North Carolina.

He is also the founder of PI TAX PREP, an accounting and tax preparation company with operations in over 80 offices across five states. Previously, Mr. Inampudi served as a General Partner of Omnicapital—an early-stage Venture Capital firm that invested in technology and medical companies. Prior to Omnicapital, Mr. Inampudi was an investment manager of the Small and Mid Cap Value Fund at AllianceBernstein. During his 10 year tenure at AllianceBernstein, Mr. Inampudi analyzed hundreds of companies across various sectors and made several investments. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Mr. Inampudi was the Director of Life Sciences at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for product marketing and market strategy. Under his leadership, the company launched the industry’s first clinical trial management software. Early in his career, Mr. Inampudi worked as Director of Manufacturing at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for the scale-up and manufacture of biologics. Mr. Inampudi has an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Bombay.
